"I believe in the impossible because no one else does" - Florence Griffith Joyner

About Me

I am first and foremost a coach, I was a student athlete and I coach both Artistic Gymnastics (WAG and MAG) and Olympic Shooting Sports.

I am also a medical educator and trainer, and I have spent the majority of my career as a faculty of medicine in Autopsy Pathology at an academic medical center. For a long time, Medicine was the center of my world and gave me the opportunity to acquire leadership experience in education, curriculum development, clinical trials, medical ethics, continuous improvement, and medical writing/editing.

Today, I combine the performance optimization principles I learned from athletics with continuous improvement and Lean Six Sigma transformation that I acquired in my healthcare career, and use my expertise as an educator to provide high-performance consulting and coaching services.

I believe in the impossible.
I believe in making the impossible happen.
I believe in making a decision to design your life and optimize every aspect of it.
I believe in deliberately seeking challenge, choosing to be uncomfortable on purpose, and embracing uncertainty.
I believe in thriving under extreme pressure.
I believe in vision, intention, and inspired action.
I believe in making dreams into reality.
And I believe in starting today.
