NOTE FOR ALL SERVICES AND TRAINING OR COACHING SESSIONS:
For the sake of transparency, we speak to athletes together with their parents/guardians and if applicable their other coaches (club, high school, college, personal coaches, professional team coaches, etc). This is to ensure that everyone is on the same page in regard to training plans and goals.
Also, minor athletes please be aware that your parents/guardians must be present during training sessions and conversations. This is our policy and is also in compliance with all safety policies of many sport governing bodies - including USA Shooting, US Equestrian, and USA Gymnastics.
We also recommend that your personal coach or team coach be present when applicable. Multiple sets of ears and eyes retain information better than one, and while we try to make the most progress during training sessions, sometimes it is helpful to have other people present to ensure that it is easier for an athlete to put the new tools into practice when they return to their normal training environment or gym/facility.
