Welcome to my online home, on these pages you will find content and information about the services available. Feel free to reach out to me at any time - I am here to support you!
Who am I?
A follower of Jesus Christ first and foremost.
An athletic coach with specialization in artistic gymnastics (both WAG and MAG), strength and conditioning, and Olympic shooting sports.
A mental toughness and leadership coach with expertise in training individuals in high-performance sports and professions.
A speaker, author, and medical educator.
What I Believe
I believe in the impossible.
I believe in making the impossible happen.
I believe in making a decision to design your life and optimize every aspect of it.
I believe in deliberately seeking challenge, choosing to be uncomfortable on purpose, and embracing uncertainty.
I believe in thriving under extreme pressure.
I believe in vision, intention, and inspired action.
I believe in making dreams into reality.
And I believe in starting today.
Why I put Faith everywhere on my website? Because God comes first in everything, and all I do is for His glory.
Everything in our training is Scripture-based.
If you are not interested in a Christian Faith vision of training and coaching, I am probably not the ideal coach for you, and you may want to look elsewhere.
During training, you will hear me often speak of God and Jesus and quote Bible verses and/or discussions from pastors and preachers - so if talking or hearing about Jesus isn't your thing, well... we are definitely not going to be a good match to work together.
